MONDAY ACTIV & PLAN FOR TUES IS REST

Today I was supposed to do:
15-12-9 reps of:
155 pound Hang power cleans
Muscle-ups

Again, I am just getting started so I modified it to:
15-12-9 reps of:
95# Hang power cleans (need to gain core strength before going up in weight)
120# lat pull down
45# bench dips
